How do I get help?

Simply email support@pbnlab.com to raise a ticket.  Please ensure you include the following:

  • Your PBN Lab username (email address)
  • Job ID, when applicable. i.e. 1420111
  • Screenshots, where possible.

Alternatively, you can create an account here in PBN Lab Support (powered by Zendesk), and then create a new ticket.
